What we collect

When you reserve a founding spot we collect your name and email address, your founding number and reservation status, and basic technical data such as the marketing source that brought you here.

Payment card details are entered on Stripe's checkout page and are never seen or stored by us. We only receive a payment reference and confirmation that the deposit succeeded.

How we use it

To issue and manage your founding number, to email you about your reservation and the drop, to take final payment and ship your watch, and to keep records required for accounting and fraud prevention.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not send your details to advertisers.

Who processes it for us

Stripe for payments, Resend for email delivery, Google Analytics for anonymous, aggregated site usage, Google Sheets for our internal order list, and our hosting and database provider for storing reservation records. Each acts on our instructions.

Cookies and analytics

We use a small number of cookies and browser storage entries to keep your session working and to measure site traffic. Analytics data is aggregated and is not used to build advertising profiles.

How long we keep it

Reservation and order records are kept for as long as needed to fulfil your order and to meet legal and tax obligations. You may ask us to delete anything we are not required to keep.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, or unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the link in any email or by contacting us. Deleting your reservation data releases your founding spot.

Security

Data is stored on encrypted, access controlled infrastructure. Your founding card link is private to you; anyone with the link can view that card, so do not post it publicly.
