The founding deposit

Founding watches are $475. The first-wave numbers can be bought outright for $475 and ship in the first wave. For the remaining numbers, a $20 deposit holds your place in line; it comes off the price and does not purchase the watch. Each buyer receives a founding member card with their number on it.

When your watch is ready, we email you and hold your Founder Card number for seven days from that notice. Pay the remaining $455 during the hold to complete the purchase. If the hold expires without payment, the card number is released and the $20 deposit is refunded.

Deposits are fully refundable at any time before your watch ships. Email us and we will refund to your original payment method.

Founder Card numbers

Founder Card numbers are issued in the order payments clear, and are assigned only once a payment succeeds. You cannot choose a specific number. If all fifty numbers are claimed before your payment clears, you are placed on the waitlist; your deposit remains refundable in full.

Founder Card numbers are personal to you and cannot be traded or resold. The card may provide access to future Shard opportunities; no specific future release or benefit is guaranteed.

Price, availability and timing

The founding price of $475 is locked for the first fifty depositors. Prices, specifications and photography are indicative and may change before production.

Some product imagery is created using digital rendering and AI-assisted tools and is intended to illustrate design intent. It may differ from the finished watch.

The stated release window is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. If we cannot ship within the window stated at the time of your order, we will contact you with a new date and the option of a full refund.

We may cancel any order or deposit and refund it in full, for example where an order appears fraudulent or where an error in price or description has occurred.

Product imagery

Product images shown on this site are still renders and may have been assisted by AI. Final production watches may differ slightly in finish, colour, proportions and photography.

Shipping, duties and risk

Shipping costs, import duties and taxes are calculated at final checkout or charged by your local authority. You are responsible for any import charges in your country.

Risk passes to you on delivery. Title passes once payment has cleared in full.

International orders

The $20 deposit is fully refundable on international orders. Shipping is quoted separately before any balance is charged.

Import duties, VAT and carrier handling fees are charged by your country on delivery and are not included in the price. These are typically 20–25% of the order value in the EU and UK, and are paid by you, not by us.

International orders ship via DHL Express with tracking and signature required on delivery.

Warranty and returns

Watches are covered by our warranty and returns policies, which form part of these terms. Nothing here limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Your account details

You are responsible for giving us an accurate name and email. Founding card links are private and should not be shared publicly.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid us for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms. The version published at the time of your deposit or order applies to that transaction.
