Limited Warranty.

What is covered

The movement, dial, hands, and case, where the defect arises from manufacture or assembly under normal use.

What is not covered

• Water damage where the watch has been used beyond its rated depth of 200 metres, or where the crown was not fully screwed down
• Straps and bracelets
• Scratches, dents, and normal cosmetic wear to the case, crystal, or bracelet
• Damage from accident, misuse, or unauthorised modification
• Any watch that has been opened or serviced by anyone other than Shard Watches
• Normal variation in timekeeping within the movement's rated accuracy

How to make a claim

Email anthony@shardwatches.com with your founding number and a description of the fault. We will respond within five business days with return instructions. Do not ship a watch before contacting us.

You pay shipping to us. If the claim is covered, we pay return shipping. If it is not covered, we will quote any repair before proceeding.

What we will do

At our option, repair the watch, replace the defective part, or replace the watch. Repaired or replaced watches remain covered for the remainder of the original one-year period.

You may request a printed copy of this warranty at no charge by emailing anthony@shardwatches.com. We will mail it within ten business days of your request.

Legal

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
