Deposits

Founding deposits are fully refundable at any time before your watch ships. Email anthony@shardwatches.com and we will refund within three business days.

Watches

If you are not happy with your watch, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided it is unworn and returned in its original packaging with all papers.

Email anthony@shardwatches.com before returning anything. We will send you return instructions. Returns sent without contacting us first cannot be processed.

You pay return shipping. We recommend an insured, tracked service — we cannot refund a watch that does not arrive.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within five business days of us receiving and inspecting the watch.

What we cannot accept

• Watches showing signs of wear, sizing, or servicing
• Watches returned without their original packaging or papers
• Watches returned after 14 days

Warranty

Faults and defects are handled under our warranty, not this returns policy. See shardwatches.com/warranty.

Shipping delays

If we cannot ship within the timeframe stated at the time of your order, we will contact you with a new date and the option of a full refund.
