Domestic orders ship free, fully insured, with tracking and signature required on delivery.

International orders

International orders: the $20 deposit is fully refundable. Shipping is quoted separately before any balance is charged. Import duties, VAT, and carrier handling fees are charged by your country on delivery and are not included in the price. These are typically 20–25% of the order value in the EU and UK.

International orders ship via DHL Express with tracking and signature required. Shipping is quoted manually before your balance is charged, so you always see the cost before committing.

Duties, VAT and carrier handling fees are billed by your own country on delivery and are paid by you, not by Shard Watches.

Timing

Deposits do not ship. Watches ship after production, in founding number order. If we cannot ship within the timeframe stated at the time of your order, we will contact you with a new date and the option of a full refund.
